Helen will begin your treatment with a full consultation. Some aromatherapy oils are not suitable for all depending on age, medical conditions, pregnancy and allergies (particularly nut allergies) so it is important that a consultation is taken.  Consultation information  will be discussed by telephone in order to maximise treatment time.

Utilising oils specifically chosen for the conditions to be treated, your treatment will also be tailored to your needs including or excluding as required massage to the abdomen, face and  scalp.

The standard aromatherapy massage lasts 60 minutes, this can be extended to 90 minutes . Helen will provide all equipment required to carry out the massage including towels. 

Male clients will not be accepted for home treatments unless they are part of a couples treatments.
