The word 'massage' is thought to be derived from the Arabic for 'press softly' or from the Greek 'to knead'.  Records show that in Ancient China over 5000 years ago that there was a system of massage and exercise in use.

During your home treatment your body will be covered with towels and blankets.  As Helen moves from your legs to your arms, up to your neck and onto your back, only the area that is being massaged will be uncovered.

You should wear underwear for your treatment and I would suggest either a housecoat, warm pajamas or jogging trousers and a loose top to be worn before your massage.  When your treatment is finished I will get you a drink and allow you to relax for a few moments before you get dressed - you will probably be cool and possibly sleepy following your massage.
