Helen began Therapies at Home and Work as she wa unable to access the benefits of complementary and holistic therapies whilst looking after two young children full time. 

Helen of Therapies at Home and Work offers treatments to clients exclusively on a mobile basis in their home or workplace.  Clients include busy professionals,full-time parents, young and older clients who may be suffering from a range of mental or physical health problems and those interested in keeping well, as well as those in need of a specialist treatment such as fertility or maternity reflexology.
